I Can't Access The New D3IP Portal - What Should I Do?

If you have been successfully inducted to the community, you will have received an email from info@d3ip.net containing your D3IP Portal details and instructions on how to access it. If you cannot find it, please check your junk folder before getting in touch.

Common login issues:

  • Incorrect email: To ensure only inducted community members can access the D3IP Portal, a username has been created for you and emailed to your supplied business email address. Please ensure you use this, rather than your business email, when logging in or requesting a new password.
  • Incorrect password: You can reset your password by clicking the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login screen.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues: To add additional security, MFA is required to access the D3IP Portal. This is set up during the registration process and requires a third-party autenticator app be downloaded on a mobile device. Popular apps include Microsoft Authenticator. If you have any issues with your MFA, you will need to contact us via info@d3ip.net. NOTE: When you scan the QR code, this MUST be done through the Authenticator app, not your device camera app.

What Are The Benefits Of Joining The D3IP Community?

The D3IP Community enables collaboration between public sector organisations across Defence, Law Enforcement, and National Security, innovate industry partners of all shapes and sizes, academia, subject matter experts, and regulatory bodies/ policy makers.

You need to be a member of the D3IP Community to access the initiatives and opportunities provided by our customers.

Who Can Join The D3IP Community?

Subject to passing our vetting process and attending one of our induction events, we are happy to accept a wide variety of organisations into the collaboration community.

The D3IP Community already includes a diverse group of organisations spanning a wide range of subject areas, including: academia, business operations, research, regulatory work, autonomous systems, UAV & USV, AI & ML, Cybersecurity, XR, and many others.

How Do I Get A D3IP Portal Account?

The D3IP Portal is an exclusive toolkit for members of our collaboration community. Once inducted, members will be granted access.

Why Is D3IP.IO Changing To D3IP.NET?

As we continue to develop, we need to transition D3IP services to a new domain (d3ip.net). This will support progress along our development roadmap and the delivery of new tools for the D3IP Community.

The only differences you might notice in your interactions with us in the short term are emails coming from a slightly different address and our website url changing to www.d3ip.net.

If you used www.d3ip.io, you will have been automatically redirected to www.d3ip.net.

Will This Affect The D3IP Portal?

A revamped D3IP Portal has been launched and existing members have been email details. New community members will registered following a successful induction.
